Bonner County Amateur Radio Club – K7JEP

K7JEP: In memory of Neal Fredstrum

I found the following site that does way more justice to this subject than I can and with their permission I have linked to their site.

Greetings, Gary.

By all means add a link to your club website to our educational publications! I suggest that the link you use is to the introductory page, rather than to the publication itself:

https://www.amsat.org/introduction-to-working-amateur-satellites/

The reason is that the introductory page makes mention about the names of the operating satellites has changed over the years. The page also lists other resources that would be useful for beginners.

Thanks for thinking of AMSAT, Gary. We hope your membership finds the information useful and we hear them on the “birds” one of these days!

Cheers,
Frank
